Natalie Douge
MS, LMHC
I believe we all reach stages in life when we need and deserve support and understanding. I feel truly honored to sit with people during these times. Playing an impactful role in the lives of those in need has always been my passion.
I am the founder of Walk With Hope and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience working in both the school system and private practice. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families, and I have had the privilege of supporting people through many different seasons of life and challenges.
My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and genuine. I believe you should be able to come into therapy without fear of judgment and feel comfortable being your whole self. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be affecting you today while also focusing on practical ways to create meaningful change.
I don’t believe therapy is about telling you how to live your life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you better understand yourself, and provide a safe space where you can work through difficult things, build on your strengths, and find hope when it feels difficult to see it.

You are worthy of support and understanding. I know that opening up to a stranger can feel uncomfortable at first; it's my job to create a safe space for you to explore the feelings and challenges you experience. Maybe you are feeling stressed or without hope that things will get better. Maybe you just need someone to listen. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I am here to help.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the private practice setting, as well as the criminal justice system and university counseling. I also have a Doctorate in Education and am passionate about the intersection of education and mental health.
Madeline Weber
MA, Pre-Licensed Clinician
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Something has brought you to this moment of looking for support. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
I have a master’s degree in counseling and experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, difficult emotions, relationships, and the challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I use a psychodynamic framework to help us explore how past and present experiences may influence how you think, feel, and respond today. I also integrate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and somatic therapy to help you develop greater emotional awareness, balance, and practical coping skills.
Madeline is completing the required post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure. Her temporary status allows her to offer thoughtful, professional care at a reduced session rate.
